Calm down

Start counting your inhales (1) and count your exhales (2). Keep going until you reach 10. 

If your mind gets distracted, start again at 1. 
If you're not calm by 10, repeat again at 1.

Sit with your palms facing up and resting on your lap. Visualize releasing anything your mind is obsessing over. Let negativity go. Open your heart and be kind to yourself. 

Close your eyes if you can do you can better focus on your breath. Be quiet for a few minutes. Let your mind go blank and your body go numb from stillness. 

Keep breathing with an open heart. Stay until your internal peace again.

It's the best way to go forward.
